The Edit
Vegan groceries worth buying again.
Use this to decide which vegan staples, treats, shortcuts, and specialty products are worth buying again.

Everything here needs a reason.
A good vegan grocery find should make cooking easier, taste better than the obvious alternative, or solve a problem that comes up repeatedly. Pretty packaging is not enough.
Use this page as a buying standard before treating any vegan food product as worth it. Ask what problem it solves, how often that problem actually comes up, whether the vegan status is clear, and whether a cheaper pantry move would do the job better.
A product does not belong on the shelf just because it is new, looks good, or says vegan on the label. It earns its place when it makes real eating easier: a weeknight sauce that saves dinner, a snack that travels well, a cheese that works for the one job you need, or a staple that reliably improves basic food.
Recommendations should be clear about why something earns a place, whether that is current label information, a useful purpose, or a strong reason to choose it over an easier pantry answer.

Look closer
The shelf comes before the product list.
Start with the shelf you actually cook from before chasing the next product. If a find does not make that shelf more useful, more delicious, easier to use, or more resilient on tired nights, it is probably a nice object rather than a keeper.
Before you buy it again.
Use this check before a vegan food product becomes a regular buy.
Clear vegan status
The label, product page, or brand answer should make the vegan status clear enough that you are not guessing.
Real use case
Know what it is for: lunchbox, travel, weeknight sauce, protein backup, baking helper, snack, cheese board, or emergency meal.
Repeat value
A fun one-time product is fine, but a keeper should make sense after the novelty wears off.
Better than the pantry answer
If tofu, beans, tahini, cashews, miso, or a sauce you already make solves the problem better, the product does not need to win.
What earns a place.
Use this before a product gets treated as a keeper. The point is not to buy every vegan thing. The point is to keep the things that make ordinary eating easier, better, clearer, or more enjoyable.
Keep around
Staples that make repeated meals better: flavor bases, proteins, sauces, freezer helpers, and the shortcuts you actually reach for on tired nights.
Buy with a reason
A product earns its place when it solves a recurring problem, not because it photographs well or says vegan on the front.
Check again
Products change. Before relying on an old favorite, check the current label, the current product page, or the current answer from the brand.
