The Edit

The standard before anything gets recommended.

This is the buying standard for personal care before Vegan Viviendo recommends specific products: clear claims, useful categories, repeatable routine value, and no pretending we checked products we have not checked. Until specific picks are ready, the standard is the part to use.

Personal-care edit scene with selected products and useful bathroom shelf items

A product has to solve a real problem.

A useful personal-care product should solve a real routine problem: cleansing, moisturizing, sunscreen, hair care, makeup, shaving, scent, travel, or sensitive-skin needs. A pretty bottle, viral moment, expensive label, or vague clean claim is not enough.

This page should not pretend to recommend products we have not checked. Until actual product picks are supplied, it works as a buying check: does the product solve a real routine job, is the exact product vegan, is the testing policy clear, is the formula current, does it perform well, would it be worth buying again, and what still needs checking?

A future pick should be able to show its work. A good recommendation should name the problem the product solves, why it earns repeat use, and what still needs checking. If we cannot verify a claim, we should say so instead of making uncertainty sound like confidence.

The buying standard.

Use this before a personal-care product becomes a repeat buy.

Clear vegan status

The exact product should say vegan, carry a trustworthy mark, or have an ingredient list and brand answer that support the claim. Brand-level promises are not enough.

Testing clarity

Cruelty-free claims should be explained or certified, not implied by soft language or a decorative icon.

Routine fit

A product earns its spot when it simplifies the shelf, replaces something you use often, or performs a job you actually need without creating three more things to check.

Formula reality

Skincare, makeup, and hair formulas change. Treat old product posts and old bottles as clues, not proof.

No hype

Do not buy because it is new, pretty, expensive, viral, clean, botanical, or vegan. Buy because it solves a real use and gives you enough clarity to trust it.

Look closer

The routine is the test.

The product that stays on the shelf is the one you reach for when you are half-awake, late, packing, washing your face, or getting ready to leave.
