Start with B12, then check what else you need.
The supplement shelf makes vegan health look more complicated than it is. Start with what matters, confirm what applies to you, and skip the fantasy stack.

Start with B12.
If you supplement nothing else, take B12 seriously. B12 is not reliably supplied by unsupplemented plant foods, so do not guess on something your nerves and blood need.
This is the easy part of vegan health. Choose a reliable vegan source, take it consistently, and stop treating B12 like a mystery.
After B12, it depends: vitamin D, iodine, DHA/EPA, iron, calcium, choline, pregnancy, medications, sun exposure, geography, age, and bloodwork can all change what matters.
Do not let the supplement aisle decide your routine.
A supplement should answer a real need. Be wary of giant stacks, vague energy promises, greens powders that pretend to replace vegetables, and products that make ordinary food sound inadequate.
Use labels, bloodwork, and clinician conversations. Do not turn anxiety into a shopping list.
Supplement short list.
Use this as a first pass, then adjust with bloodwork and a clinician when needed.
B12
The baseline supplement for vegans. Choose a reliable vegan source and take it on a consistent schedule.
Vitamin D
Many people run low, vegan or not. Vegan D2 and lichen-derived vegan D3 are common options.
Algae omega-3
A direct vegan source of DHA and EPA if you and your clinician decide it belongs in your routine.
Iodine
Iodized salt can help cover iodine. Be careful with seaweed or kelp products because iodine amounts can be inconsistent and too high.
Iron, calcium, and choline
Do not add these blindly. Look at diet, life stage, symptoms, bloodwork where relevant, and clinician advice.
Probably not needed
Most special vegan multivitamins are not necessary unless they solve a real gap.

Look closer
Use numbers instead of worry.
Bloodwork tells you more than guessing. Use supplements to fill real gaps, not to buy reassurance from a label.

This is general information, not medical advice. Vegan or not, get your bloodwork done and talk to a clinician about your own situation, especially during pregnancy or for a child.
